Alternative Development Solutions International focuses on developing and delivering permanent solutions to many of the harms caused by armed conflict. ADSI has focused on the refugee and internally displaced persons challenges across Southwest Asia, the Middle East, and now Eastern Europe. As conflicts between nation-states have moved to the forefront of foreign policy, ADSI has mobilized its expertise to provide needed medical training and equipment to under resourced countries.
